Environmental Management Plan at Emgee Greens Wadala, Mumbai (completed):
The Emgee Greens project at Wadala provides a complete environmental management plan for a multistoried residential and commercial complex in Mumbai housing 900 people. Since the proposal was put forward in the construction phase and not in the planning phase, and considering a complete payback of investment on the green component of the building within a period of 3 years, the EMP proposed a solid waste management, rainwaterharvesting, water recycling, terrace garden and energy conservation plan for the complex. The project is nearing completion.
